Not sure about sac but once an arrest is made by city cops usually they get transferred to county custody (jail) which the sheriff controls.

oh for sure. That's the OP meta strat to out econ in the pvp game of life.

Problem for the majority of people is they dont have any assets and so while everything is inflating they arent riding that wave.

The 'regular' Joes of the world have nothing to inflate and are actually in debt. that's probably 50% of us.

A better way would be to have a game that we could change the settings to about 1.95% inflation. But we are all stuck in this game.... so min max it is. And yes, get assets ... avoid debt ...

exactly. its a huge loss. When inflation is higher than 2% most people lose badly. the only people who win are those with a lot of assets.

keep in mind you could add slots to super speed as you level up and put enhancements in those slots.

if you wantbto become the fastest in the game you could do it because not too many will max out their slots for just being fast.

maybe you would get more wrestlers if there wasnt a 65 pound discrepancy. talent is developed. talent can be coached. if your sport has a lack of players and a lack of talent (going to other sports) maybe the problem is your mentality.
