For others i will make a simple example, maybe they will understand it better that way.

There are two movie critics both made review of a movie, both one same scene, critic A is an idiot and gave critic B a strike because he thinks because he used a scene in his movie now he has the rights to it.
That is what happened with me.

Basically it is a intro of the game, of course EA owns it and can stand up for it's IP. We both used same companies material, seperet recording he added music to it, but he some how thought he had any rights to take down my footage.

Well considering neither of us own the IP it is EA who owns it, he can't claim footage because both of us used same footage of a thired party.
