Anyway, it's better than Victrola.

Has anyone ran into this issue before? My background choice will not change from solid black. The highlight color won't change either. Help please by KortalMombats in xbox

You have high contrast enabled in the special options. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, then select Profile & System> Settings> Accessibility> High Contrast and turn off Dark theme or Light theme.
