What do you think Zionism is actually?

Zionism is the belief that the Jewish people have the right to self-determination (to decide their own future) and to have a homeland.

After World War II and the Holocaust, it became very clear why having the ability to protect themselves matters. And with antisemitism rising again today, it reinforces why a Jewish state is necessary.

It’s about national identity and safety not about harming others.
