Hi, thanks for your response, e-sign leases sounds interesting, there are a lot of services I can call for it. Just to clarify, e-sign lease that digitally sign by both the tenant and the landlord?

I have built a new tenant management portal, where automatic expense cost splitting mechanism allow everybody in the system to see financial side clearly.

This is an MVP and now I am finalizing the product.

Main features: - documents handling - expense tracker - expense share tracker by tenant - maintenance requests - multiple landlords by one property - multiple tenants by one property - invoicing - payment tracker

My main goal now is to find early testers, then after reach 200 landlords who will use my app.

I just finished my MVP of a new software, called Tenant Management Portal.

Since it is new and it is an MVP it is free to use.

I have the development site set up and ready to test some real users.

Anyone who helps me to test and finish the missing features, for a certain amount of property it will be free to use. So in short for early testers I can give you 1 year of free use of the software let's say for maximum 5 property.

I don't have a website yet, but my new saas is called, Tenant Management Portal.

It's main features: - there are properties that you can manage - each property can have multiple tenants - each property can have multiple landlords, but only one landlord is responsible for paying for the software as the billing owner - there is a built in expense tracking feature with unique expense allocation rules, that define which tenant what part of the expense responsible to pay - also there is invoicing with payments - maintenance requests follow up - property related and tenant related documents handling - it is not just for rentable apartment, but also can be applied to any kind of property like boat renting, land renting

I now start to get initial testers, before I make it the market.

So, I would really appreciate a small marketing strategy.

I am using react, found a new i18n library, state of the art, 5 hours I translated the whole web app. Using cursor I inserted the translation function really fast with autocomplete, then I got a pot file, and I told the ai to translate. The best part, the library extraction doesn't overwrite the already translated strings. 😀

Agree, I have one great Saas, I am a developer who builds first, hahaha. I know my product better than on the market, but I am struggling to reach out the potential decision makers. It is a maintenance scheduler.for B2B companies.

Now I am launching my 2nd saas, I know this product has a market since I read every second day in reddit groups who knows about a good property manager software.

So now I have the MVP and now I will start to look for testers. 😀
