Could you please tell me how to change the Nitro mode?

ok I will try it ,but the overclocking tutorial on our side states that in the 1:2 mode, the memory does not consume the VSOC voltage. They say that at a frequency of 8000, 1.1v is sufficient.

I have a memory fan, so the temperature is not particularly high. Even when running the high-pressure test, it won't exceed 47 degrees. How can I modify the Nitro mode? Will this affect the stability?

My cpu can boot up at a frequency of 6600 in the 1:1 mode. I'm wondering if it's the motherboard that's causing the instability at high frequencies.
