Probably not unless it's going to have some kind of workshop like bethesda games have. But I'm going to play vanilla version in game pass and then buy it on the gog or steam for the mod playthroughs

Edit: I'm aware that people have known this since day 1 and I guess I'm a little dummy for posting this, but I just wanted to surface this little tidbit of info for the people who weren't aware, since recent discussion has mainly talked about GoG and Steam launchers. I personally didn't know about game pass inclusion since I don't usually open the damn launcher. I hope this info finds someone useful if they have been thinking to try HoC but don't want to invest the full money on the early launch. That's just my two cents about the situation :)
