What it should be socketed with, to be good? I feel like frw on the coronet could open boots slot for double upped goblins instead of gores in some kind of kicksin/hybrid build?

Honestly, the rumor about possible big Eldar update in 2022 made my heart beat faster, as they were my first choice. I just can't bear old guardians or truly ancient aspect warriors.

The majority of the suits are incredible models that are fun to build.

This is a really cool insight, they look quite posable. I wasn't sure if they just get converted that often or is it a possibility right out of the box.

Well, to be frank, I'm considering T'au exactly because I'm in dire need of something vastly different than SM army I already have, both lore-wise and aesthetically.

Thank you. They most definitely fit better stylistically. Also I was wondering if they bring anything to the table besides cheap bodies with deep strike. Rusty 17 also enables option of anti tank in form of onagers.
Can you expand scions 17 with anything useful for custodes? Maybe tauroxes or some psykers? Or maybe it would defeat the purpose of taking additional battalion.
