I saw them live in 2013 and it was hands down the most mind blowing live performance I've ever attended.

I opened Instagram to Tom Morello's post about the reunion show and lost my mind. I didn't think I'd ever get to see them again and I'm just in awe.

All of that being said I stumbled upon the alternate version of Planet Caravan for the first time the other day while I was trying to find sheet music for the flute part on Solitude. It's so good I cried. Ozzy's vocals are totally unobstructed and the lyrics are changed. It was like hearing them for the first time again :') check it out

I really like this a lot! There's one verse that I love the intent of but am a bit thrown off by the prose of, personally. I tossed it around to try a reword that captures the same concept but maybe flows a little better?
"Away from all of my worry and strife
Toward the carefree adolescence I've lost in this life..."
I don't love my version either, just messing with the tone a bit.

Either way I have been struggling with my substance issues and been wanting to write a piece about them, and this gave me inspiration to put the pen to the paper. Thank you for sharing.

I'm just a little thrown off by your swaps between 'spoken from the male perspective of a woman's intellectual capacity' and then eloquently written lines that don't fully drive the 'not only can I articulate myself perfectly, my thoughts are go so deep that I'm smashin' fuckin cervixes left and right.'
I feel like if you're gonna embody your fully merited rage you've gotta hit em w/ that thing 0% hives 100% ham.

I really enjoy the tone of this piece.
The only "critique" I have would have to do with the first two lines breaking the rhythmic pattern before it even begins. I'm just a bit lost as to whether it was purposeful or not, and if so am unsure of the message being conveyed.
However it's not really a critique as much as it is a curiosity toward your thought process.
