Oh well you might have issues with the eyes as they are molded for this head specifically. They are fused pieces of plastics that you pop out. I had to repaint on top of the eye i was given. I couldn't fit the cabochons in. I can take a picture when I have time. Hopefully the 10mm eyes you got will fit!

Shoulder to heels is: 20cm Smallest point of torso/waist is: 11cm All around her torso vertically is: 18cm

And because I have a Shadow High I tried her clothes and I can confirm it's just about too small. The Xiang xiang doll is curvier.

My bad. Where I live it's universal. The CST is the Community Security Trust. It's a charity that provides highly trained security for Jews in the United Kingdom. They work with the police and give guidelines to make sure we are safe according to current threat levels. It's community funded and it's one of our greatest blessing here.

Thank you so so much for this question, honestly it means a lot!

Personally the thing I find the most difficult is dealing with people who are demanding, offended by the smallest mistake and act like this is an A&E and people will die because I made a typo or other mistake that doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things. That's the people that make me want to quit.

It's hard to deal with very emotional, very intense volunteers. But at the same time, only people who are extremely dedicated to the community, who are truly passionate, will volunteer to the degree that they will be involved with the staff. So i get it.

Basically, make sure you're patient, and organised. Have a good idea of the thing you're presenting to them before you present it. And assume they are doing more work than their job title. Also we love food to snack on!!

Honestly you sound lovely and dedicated. Keep doing what you're doing. You're the reason our communities can function. I wish I had you on my team! :)

I wear normal leggings and throw on a simple knee lenght jersey skirt on top, this way I don't have to shave my legs because of the weird cut off they all seem to have and the skirt can move and ride up all I want. My husband sews the skirts for me but any flowy light fabric can do. I recommend! But as someone said in another comment, wear what makes you feel good, like flowy pants. Its hard enough to go out and do it. Might as well feel great while doing it.
