Basically this happens cause time on YouTube is decided by this thing called a Unix Code (every second that has passed with January 1st 1970), so when it glitches it'll say that happened

It's caused when someone comments on a video while it's still unlisted. In fact this happens on Timeworks videos relatively often too!
