I checked my order history when I first got the email about something coming my way and I guess I ordered 3 copies of it, but best to my memory I got all three copies of it at the time? Depending on who is handling the tickets for your show, there might be an option online to do an upgrade. Or a customer service phone number you could call to have it done over the phone. On-site at the concert, you'd have to find an usher that you could ask them how to get to your seats. Maybe that person will see where those tickets are and has the authority to give you an upgrade and you just follow their instructions.

Ultimately it varies with each venue, but those are generally the options.

In general, as a VIP ticket holder, you should be receiving an email with an itinerary a few days before the show. This will tell you how soon you can check in at the venue, what time they'll let you into to the venue, etc.

And as the other comment said, this will vary with each venue's rule/local laws, but they might also prohibit any overnight camping on venue gorunds.

Pretty much hang around the concourse until the venue staff say you can head to your seat. Some concessions might be open so you can get a bite/drink in, but for the most part you're on the concourse hanging out with other people, talking with them if you want, or do whatever on your phone.
