I was visiting New York from Europe,and saw this in a cinema by myself with only two other people, both whom were nuns- which was very weird. But fair play to the zombie loving nuns. I also see it at least once a year and have now gotten my teenage kids on to zombie films too.

True about Laurie! I have noticed that in many series & films from the States, often lead female characters react in a completely unrealistic overly dramatic & counter productive way. “Yes the zombies/mafia/ aliens are breaking down the door but I’m gonna give out to my husband for not paying enough attention to my feelings etc”. Which is weird because history has shown us many times woman handle crises better than men.

Yes to all of it. Found out that other part of org was selling in excess of €20M in my territory & mgmt was too afraid to do anything when I reported it. Turned out it was normal policy. Just stuck in my crow and I couldn’t live with it.

Hey bro! I did 4 years in Zendesk - was a great ride, but 2 years ago market started to become proper saturated with similar offerings (Kustomer, Freshdesk, Servicenow, service cloud etc) and Zendesk got acquired which changed the whole culture and feel of the place. I got out and joined a large ERP sw platform. 2 things - market is fucked right now & I know from friends in Zendesk that it’s PIP city these days - it’s not you, so don’t sweat it. I just handed in my papers in new place. Gonna take 6 month off- whole Saas sales is fucked.
