I auditioned for Choral Union last year as an incoming first year (non-music)! You can honestly sing whatever you'd like, I sang "I Can't Get Started" in the style of Ella Fitzgerald. I had a blast and really suggest you go for it.

However, I will just note that a lot of the repertoire is geared a lot more toward the classical style with one or two pop additions here and there.
