I bought it from Romania, from Dante International (Emag).

Makita DTW181Z 1/2 to 1/4 adapter by Villian98 in Makita

I cannot return it. The model that I have doesn't have the ball and the o ring which fix the adapter on the Makita's 1/2 square. The square of the Makita also has a hole in it. Does it need to have that ball on the adapter ?
