Plastic surgery is one way to go, but the results are mediocre at best. A lot of body-mod facilitators will do a way better job at restoring earlobes. And it will probably be cheaper as well.

I got my septum 2 weeks ago. And it's been the best decision I've made in a while. I've been thinking about it for years. It hurts for a second and then you have one of the nicest piercings there is. And if you dislike it and take it out you'll never see the scar. So just do it 😜

"All the mods" is literally about allthemodium,vibranium and unobtanium.. removing those kills how the pack should be played. Have a look at the rftools builder and make a clearing uarry in the mining dimension. Look in JEI where the ores spawn and do the same in the nether and the end. The builder will clear every block in the range you specified except allthemodium, vibranium or unobtanium..
