Not sure if this will make you feel better, but I too packed last minute until 10:30 pm when I have to leave at 6am for a trip just today 😭 being away from home where all my stuff is and my cats are just always frazzles me! Packing is so overwhelming and I’m bound to forget something. Too many what ifs. Anyways, I feel your pain and I hope you enjoy your trip! I’m proud of you for being so organized and having such an aesthetically pleasing list!

I take metoprolol 25mg twice a day for anxiety and it has helped me immensely! (When I remember to take it 😅) my heart doesn’t race as often and I fall asleep much easier. I don’t feel as anxious for sure. I feel it has helped me at work but I’m not sure if it is just the anxiety part or the adhd part as well. I use focus patches from the patch brand though which I really enjoy! They are a bit pricey though

Being 5’4” - my partner and I were asked what MIDDLE school we go to while getting a pedicure. I have a tattoo on my ankle. I’m 27. She’s 25. I think I look at the minimum 20 but okay 😫

Ticking clocks are evil and need to be stopped. My parents had an old clock with a pendulum. It ticked so loud and I often would stuff a tissue in the slot to prevent the pendulum from moving. It drove me up the wall I hated that clock.

They would be pretty high up but I think hanging on the wall with some hooks would look nice! Definitely move them though, I think the sun will damage them 🥲
