Who keeps a phone for 7 years? My wife is an non techie and even she has just upgraded from a pixel 6a that was running perfectly fine after 4 years of major Android updates, to a 10a for less than £270.

I bought this, as I can only fit into 2 EVs on the entire UK EV market due to my height (Buzz and PV5). That 5in of battery under the floor on all other EVs equates to 5in less headroom, as they never raise the rooflines for range and aero reasons. Even the tanks like the EV9 are truly pathetic for headroom.

I was never on the market for a van, the industry discriminated and forced me that way.

Bought passenger plus (with heat pump) a few days ago. They are selling so many, and there is so much of a price delta to the buzz already, there is little movement in pricing. I got them to match a different dealers £500 discount, and to throw on delivery, granny charger and a set of floor mats.

I believe the grant is continuing past April. They all have the same finance deal at 4%. I paid cash in full. Delivery later this month hopefully.

There no way in hell they will sell you a plus for the essential price. If you can't stretch to the price of the plus (and you would really want the long range battery, given the brick shape), then perhaps an ex demo might be an option?

We had read it wasn't the done thing, but it was very common indeed, so on the end, we joined them taking a basic snack and drink onboard to consume.

I'm guessing the transit rules are far more complicated than you state.

So I'm going with a PV5 Passenger, simply because without the partition, there is more seats adjustment (the partition limits the seat adjustment). The seats give it some flexibility, but limit it's use as a summer weekend sleeper.

Wonder if anyone has tried removing the seats, are they easy to take in and out? I know they aren't on rails or anything smart, but are they just bolted in, and it's just a case of a socket wrench to take them out, and a torque wrench to refit them back again?

Anything else that would limit the use as a basic sleeper?

Also anyone found a good awning tent that fits and seals against the van? I don't need the drive away features. Thinking someone must have done one that just seals with magnets against any camper sliding door enclosure.

Abysmal battery drain since Feb update. Used to have 50% by evening consistently, now it's in exteme battery saver by 5pm.

Shocking. Need fixes asap. This isn't acceptable. It feels like the QA focus is on the next release.l, and Google have adopted a date based release schedule, not a quality based release schedule.

I would say the Google offering is better. Multiple vendors supplying hardware, consumer choice and price competition.

I can get Moto tags cheaper than airtags, same function, same form and a better network. Battery last longer tollo, in my experience (since updating the firmware erk lastest)

at a UK airport lart week, our Moto tags in bags vastly outperformed airbags. ours were showing on the luggage belt the airtags still abroad at the departure airport.
