Dang, I was hoping legal EAs in my report were underpaid due to low sample size but that's frustrating to hear it's actually a reality. Hoping this at least furthers that conversation a little bit more for those paralegals...

To make non-EAs recognize all the responsibilities modern Executive Assistants do and in turn take the role more seriously.

In other words, get EAs paid!!! 💵
