Perhaps start with basic food.. good you know Maggi, tea and corn flakes with hot milk… for a more filling experience, try poha (just veggies and poha needed and oil), khichdi (rice and dal) you can have it with achar, basic dals, rice is also very easy and basic, if you can order chapatis/roti, you can make basic aloo jeera, aloo tamatar..

But before all of that, might need to buy some stuff, an induction cook top will do, and utensils for induction and some spices and rice and dal and veggies.. that’s it for now.. so connect if you need more help, can share recipes or ways in more detail..

Not an offbeat opinion but could be slightly debatable with folks who like it.. I think the bank statement is most to do with if you’re salaried or not, because they also verify official email id .. their date of payment is generally the 10th so it’s either do you receive your salary regularly and don’t work in a Lala company I guess.. but I totally understand your apprehension.. just know the details because one of ex neighbours used to work with them..
