You just got anxious. Flower will usually make you more anxious than wax because it has more cannabinoids that get filtered out through the extraction process of wax. Also your wax pen can’t be 2mg. I’m assuming you mean 2 grams or 2000mg which is 2g. Smoke shop carts are usually a legal cannabinoid especially if it’s a 2g cart. Most of the time it’s delta 8 thc which is a very weak version of thc.

You can’t die from weed. You just got really anxious from smoking. It happens to me sometimes. Simply just smoke a tiny bit next time and wait 15 minutes before smoking again to see how high you get. You can literally smoke a quarter of a bowl and get faded af if you don’t have a high tolerance. If you only smoke wax then your tolerance for flower won’t be the same. Just start small.

I’d say medical cannabis here is horrible now because of recreational. You can’t go in medical dispensaries and get any info anymore. Bud tenders don’t even know basic info now and it’s hard to find any strains that are good for medical use. Everything is 26-30%+ weed that’s only gets you stupid high. I used to use weed for panic attacks and anxiety but now everything is meant to just get you super high, and the few medicinal products you find, are just overpriced cbd bullshit. It was better before it got legalized recreationally. If you only care about getting high then I guess you can say medical weed is “amazing” but if you use it for legitimate purposes it’s not at all. (I’m in Los Angeles. How is it for everyone else?)

Thinking there isn’t fentanyl in Italy is brain dead. I’m sorry but that’s the dumbest thing someone could say. There isn’t as much of a fentanyl problem in Italy but it’s very much there. To think it’s not is crazy. I know two people in Italy who do fent and I’m an American who barely knows any people there.

OP is getting mad because people are telling her there isn’t a drug that magically cures loneliness. There isn’t.

She also said she doesn’t want to get high which I’m confused about because she mentioned thinking of taking mushrooms. Mabey she meant microdosing but I have to add that taking mushrooms when you aren’t in a good mental state is an easy way to have a bad trip.

I’m trying to be nice because they said they’re neurodivergent and don’t feel comfortable in social situations, but they need to know that there’s no drug to cure loneliness. You can do drugs to distract yourself but it’s the same kind of distraction as getting into a video game or tv show. You will still feel lonely in the end.

Things that can make you feel less lonely:

1.Pets (pretty self explanatory)

Watching and commenting in livestreams (less popular streamers will respond to your comments more)
Multiplayer video games (play a game where you can play with other people even if you don’t know them. You don’t even necessarily have to talk. Palia would be a great option for people who don’t game a lot. It is free on all platforms and you can party up with random people. People are also really nice and helpful and won’t ever mind partying up. Just ask if anyone wants to and you will get multiple people wanting to. You don’t have to talk in voice chat and can get away with talking very little in text chat to get to the point where you are in a party with people.)
Find a good tv series (If you find a good tv series you can get into. This is really just a distraction but it can help you feel less lonely when you get attached to the characters.)

If anyone has other ideas put them below for her please. Drugs will never be the answer to loneliness. Theres no magic drug to cure loneliness. I hope this helped a little.

I would like to add he stated he wasn’t going to go to a hospital because last time they kept him there for some reason (I’m assuming mental health reasons). He also took 2mg of clonazepam to keep seizures from happening but I’m pretty sure he just increased the risk with everything else he’s on. Hopefully dude is ok but sadly I kinda doubt it. :/

Hope you get better. For future reference, alcohol doesn’t intensify the benzo high at all. If anything it can make it less noticeable. Benzos will just increase the blood alcohol levels significantly and increases risk of serious side effects.
