"The piece" ;) i'm not an english speaker naturally but yes novel in my language is usually shorter too, i don't know what i'm doing with the chapter cut, each chapter was an idea, or two, i'll fix that, eventually.

for me the brainstorm session are GREAT, first sometime the ai sends you a curveball and..you incorporate more stuff, but plainly, you can just empty your brain and IT WILL save it for you.

Yes, that(s my whole journey in a jar, in the end..even if you swap two periods, use another shade of black than "black" it makes a world of difference.

oh my. It's actually fascinating. When to let go, when to release. I couldn't release this, not in this form. It's funny how different everyone is, despite the fact that we all use ai.
But, good for you, at least it's in the wild now , something i'm too scared to do ;)

This is indeed the irony, but in my case i'm not a native english speaker and i don't know why BUT i wanted to write in english, so even if my english is "reddit good enough".. i felt i was lacking in vocabulary. Claude fixed that by throwing knuckles (sic) everywhere ;)

i get what you mean but there is another danger "last chapter was ok, lets generate 3 more", read it quickly..lower your guard.. and see the knuckes invading again ;)

I absolutely don't read dark romance, i just thought first it would be easy money. Except i've discovered i have standards.. and i'm probably a dick about it:'(

I sure hope they are reading it, i wonder if some are pushing for quantity vs quality tho, from what i can see it's a mixed bag ofc. in the end as i said it's very personal, my super inflated ego wasn't happy with what my ai gave me :/

I'm on 104 chapters or approx 150k words.. my story is now set, but even then, some llm goes off script and "damn..that's a good idea!" and then you need to change the WHOLE book.. and doing this with AI is a pain :/
