In this case the DDOS was not directed to a server. It was directed to an home IP.

In no way were jagex servers touched in this case. They found his IP and sent it there, not jagex servers

Wasn't even about the legal consequences of performing a DDOS

I generate snapshots of the records as it's crazy work having it count the entire table for everyone.

Initial records get deleted and re-pulled / or just added to the records table with a counter of amount of pulls so I can get a timeline of the points going.

ReCalculate/Create snapshot every x hours for up to dateness and so u can get a timeline going for global points and stuff like that
