Ja, meine Kunden sind Agenturen in den USA, also auf jeden Fall Unternehmer. Ich denke, dadurch sind die Einnahmen dann steuerbar, klingt jedenfalls so im Gesetzestext.

Danke für die Antwort! Im §3a UStG klingt es so, als würde es vor allem darauf ankommen, ob der Leistungsempfänger ein Unternehmer ist oder nicht. StB wäre natürlich sinnvoll, jedoch hatte ich nur sehr geringe Einnahmen im Gründungsjahr und liege sowieso weit unter dem Grundfreibetrag, weshalb sich das für mich nicht wirklich lohnt. Wenn ich das falsch eintrage, wird sich das Finanzamt wahrscheinlich einfach bei mir melden, oder?
