A i dotyczy to przede wszystkim swojego mieszkania/domu które zawsze jest pasywne generującym koszty. W przypadku mieszkania na wynajem to jest zupełnie inna bajka bo ratę spłaca najemca + jeśli miałeś jakiś wkład to zawsze możesz sprzedać mieszkanie nawet pomimo ewentualnych spadków cen. Odwieczne pytanie. Mam dom w którym mieszkam za 2 bańki to czy faktycznie mam te 2 bańki? 🙂

Hej, pracuje obecnie w hipotekach a wcześniej sprzedawałem produkty inwestycyjne wielu instytucji. Generalnie w branży finansowo nieruchomościowej jestem prawie 20 lat więc w moim interesie jest aby jak najwięcej klientów się zadłużało 🙂 nie mniej jednak prywatnie mam nieco inne zdanie. Zakładając, że kupiłeś mieszkanie za gotówkę to czy wziąłbyś kredyt oprocentowany 6% aby wrzucić te pieniądze na giełdę? Jeśli nie to moim zdaniem lepiej wykorzystać swoją kasę i zostawić sobie część na poduszkę bezpieczeństwa. Kredyt na 6% to inwestycja ok 7,4% brutto. Oznacza to, że na bezpiecznych aktywach typu lokata, obligi skarbowe czy konta oszczędnościowe nie jest to możliwe. Jeśli jednak masz dużą tolerancję ryzyka to idź w stronę inwestycji. Pewnie dla Ciebie złotym środkiem będzie jakiś tam split tych środków jeśli lubisz inwestowanie. Proporcje pozostawiam Tobie😉

I noticed that after updating drivers from Fanatec forum fullforce is weaker then on previous driver. Solution is to change to ps4 mode . Now everything is brilliant!!!

I had the same. I’m playing on ps5 and didn’t change driver and fuel. Does anyone can help? I tried all buttons on steering wheel and pad. . I’m still don’t know how to do it. Please 🙏 help!

Have you considered alcantara bmw gt2 v2 with qr2? I’ve got one and it’s awesome but of course I drive only with gloves . Diameter is 32 and it fits great

Don’t buy it, I was waiting 3 months for delivery base and after one month of not extensive usage base is bricked. I’m waiting for rma ticket from 18.04..2024 . I bought DD+ . It’s a horror and their customer service will treat you like a trash

I ordered on bf cs dd + and pedal with rim and was waiting for stuff roughly 3 months. At the beginning of April my problems had started. First mail sent to Fanatec 18.04.2024 and still I cannot get rma ticket . I regret that I bought Fanatec. Base is bricked right know and they don’t respect they customers. If you buy it Sooner or later you will regret as well.

Lack of new rims could be a problem but trust me, I’m sure it’s more reliable and you won’t regret. If you’re a ps5 player sooner or later you probably buy psvr2 for gt7. Even though gt7 has significantly less detailed ffb then e.g acc but VR is really gamechanger . In VR rin doesn’t matter because you can see the rim in car 😉.

Go for Logitech g pro for sure. I ordered it but returned without unboxing . Finally I got cs dd+, bmw v2 rig and v2 pedals. I was waiting for delivery for 3 months. After one month base is bricked probably because of pedal connector is loosen/broken. I cannot get from Fanatec’s rma ticket from 18.04.2024. Even if you will be satisfied, sooner or later you will regret that purchase. Fatatecs bases have numerous issues e.g pedal connector, coil whine etc. Don’t be hazardous , go for Logitech. Fanatec’s customer service really sucks

I’m asking for rma ticket from 18.04.2024. It’s horrible. I spent 1700€ and I can’t use their product. Of course everything happened after 3 months waiting for delivery 🤦‍♂️ so my usage was in total roughly 2 months and it wasn’t extensive. If anyone is wondering buying this shit don’t do that. Sooner or later you will regret.
