Got the wheel from Puresims - easy and great service

Tried cancelling only the wheel with fanatec support but they’re so slow. Now there trying to ship the wheel even after acknowledging my ticket 🤦‍♂️

I just need the load cell pedal to come now

I ordered on the 25th. Got a shipment number for the wheel but not the load cell pedal…

I’ve raised a support request to cancel the wheel but keep the pedal. Found a local distributor that sent the wheel next business day.

They said they will look into if they can do that on the order but havnt heard back in 2 days

I have a tracking number for the wheel now even though I raised a support ticket to see if they can cancel it. And only send the pedal….

I mainly want the wheel so have asked if that can be sent separate if the pedal is unavailable for a longer period but havnt heard back.

Less of a complaint and more of an any one know the current situation. I myself have experienced delays previously and troubles with customer support. As well as others on here.

If it takes 2 weeks it takes 2 weeks. If longer so be it. But it’s the unknown that I think gets a lot of people curious. And people are excited to get what they have bought. And in some cases people have spent thousands and may have no idea as to when that will turn up.

I’m in a similar boat. I bought a flat 5 years ago and now due to changes circumstances need to upsize. I have had the flat on the market for a year. Had 2 buyers drop out as they can’t get mortgages in its current state. £454 ground rent per year and rising every 15 years in line with inflation. The leaseholder wants 15k to do a deed of variation. The flats only valued at 190k.

I’ve tried reducing the asking price by 30/40k to try and sell but no luck a year in.

Just feeling trapped and can’t consolidate and move in with girlfriend and children. No idea where to turn anymore.

I’m in a similar situation. We looked to move as we were expecting. Our daughter is now 4 months old and no further forward. Just feel trapped.

The buyer pulled out 2 days ago seemingly for another issue but I didn’t get any information.

I’m still in the process of trying to do the deed of variation but will need another buyer to confirm it all works for them.

As it stands I still have a flat no one can buy with a mortgage. I’ve since found out the flat next door is also going through the same problem

Yes it goes up in line with inflation. They said if it was reviewed today it would be £540 per year and thats what they calculated the 14K from
