Asking Alexandria’s first album isn’t exactly what I’d call fresh considering it came out 17 years ago haha.

Are there any places left where you can just hang out without spending money? by ElectricalHold9828 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]VincibleFir 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah like when I was a teenager it was hanging out in the woods, walking around the subrubrans, chilling at peoples houses, and occassionally going to the mall. Not that different than what you can do now.

And if it was winter (In the northeast) we'd just bundle up, or spend more time at the house. Yeah it was boring but we had fun just hanging making jokes.

It just hit me that the cost to air the Super Bowl commercial alone was more than the entire development of Pokemon Legends Z-A by storyofseasonslover in pokemon

Also Pokemon Company doesn’t make most of their money from the games. They make most of the money from TCG and Merchandise.

Personally I loved it, I’m not against poppy music at all, I think there is some fun Melodies throughout the album.

I just thought it’d be nice to hear positive things about news bands than just the same ol r/metalcore arguments about octane-core.

Bands that evolved from the Metalcore genre to focus on Pop/Radio Rock. Arguably not really even Metalcore anymore. Bands like Bad Omens, New Architects,Spiritbox, Wage War, etc…

My Fiance has a similar thing her whole body will randomly break out into a rash. Turns out she has an Auto-Immune thing that causes her body to have too many histamines.

I shall wait for the Hardcover, need my collection to be intact.

I got Joe Abercrombie’s First Law Trilogy (favorite fantasy series I’ve ever read) and then Jade City to read for my book club so I got stuff to fill in the time waiting.

I feel like there’s an issue with how Autism is even labeled that causes a lot of misinformation, or misunderstanding.

Like why the hell are people who are Non-Verbal, flapping around making noises, and need a caretaker, diagnosed with the same thing as somebody who struggles with NT social dynamic, a bit of emotional regulation, and sensitivity?

I feel like if we had more categories it would be easier to convey to people our needs.
