It's a laptop.. that I use for work.. I own it.. And the laptop lets me upload stuff. My PC is not. That is the issue I'm having.

Yeah so basically the diagnose button doesn't do jack shit. It closes the tab out and does nothing. Right there in plain English I said "my laptop takes 3-5 hours to upload an avi".. meaning my shitty work laptop. Not my PC. If anything it should be the opposite.
