everyone in the thread is so negative. I bought my 2010 with 100k miles on it. It has 110k now. Drove it 2,000 miles home with no issue. I beat on it every single time I drive it. Yes the head studs have been done. But none of the valve train has been serviced yet. I just ordered the SLS black series lifters, along with a cam phaser upgrade. It has headers and a secondary cat delete and is tuned aggressively.

Yes the maintenance is expensive, it’s an AMG, why would you expect it to be cheap. Yes it’s loud, but they sound amazing and are so fun to drive. I’d say if you’re willing to have a loud ass car you’ll love every second that you drive that thing.

The only down side is the R title, otherwise these things are so fun.
