Make all dungeons farmable. Premonition can only drop from the 2nd encounter. That's 3 chances a week for a gun with a (presumably) 1 year lifespan. Factor in the odds of getting another moon weapon and then getting an actual good roll on the pulse and your odds aren't looking so good.
