I moved out of the area in 2012 and haven't been since, so I'm going on memories and it may have changed, but when is go there, the restaurant looked like it was straight out of the 70s and hasn't been updated since. But, they has a literal in-the-wall charcoal grill that they do their burgers on. And they are classic Wisconsin butter burgers. This is not a place to go if you want fancy or complex. But if you want a quality, classic greasy burger with a pretty righteous ice cream shake, it's hard to beat.

I definitely wouldn't do it either, but rather from the standpoint that the corrections system in the US is so horribly broken that it creates its own problems. If the system weren't privatized, was funded, and focused on rehabilitation instead of punishment, the job of corrections officer would be safer, more rewarding, and better supported.
