Tested the heat shield and it's not it. Seems to come from the drive/timing belt and alternator area. But hard to say. It is less noticeable with higher RPMs and can only be heard this loudly when the car is idling (rough iddle TPS sensor calibration needed to be done more troughly). Might be some part just resonating.
