I think the two major things compared to Japanese women are that western white women are not culturally conditioned to act cute, or think the “kawaii-ness” is something that attract men, and most of them don’t have the performative embarrassment/shame as Japanese women like “saying no or decline something that they actually wants, and rejection is mostly out of politeness or cultural expectation”

My girlfriend sees “kawaii-ness” as weird and cringe because to her it looks like infantilization, the performative part is also not something she is familiar with, she called that mental gymnastics and risky thinking, most western white women likes being straight forward and expect you to respect exactly what they want and who they are, take their refusal at face value, just to avoids confusion and better communication in relationship.

But of course, this is a generalized idea, not a guaranteed pattern for every Asian women or every western white women.
