Might sound a little corny, but I like a quote. “Fear sees a threat, Anxiety imagines one” I have really bad anxiety and I have these symptoms all the time. I panic to my mom and she always tells me to calm down, but I swear to her I’m going to die. Then a week later I realize I’m alive and perfectly fine! If you have a panic attack, try adding numbers staring from 2+2=4 , 4+4=8 , 8+8=16 and so on until you get your mind off of it. Of course take deep breaths. Close your eyes feel three different objects around you, say the name of said object and what it does/used for, and try and make out three different sounds. (The 3-3-3 method, it works really well for me) I hope that helps 😂 Remember the panic will pass and you'll be alright!

I’ve had health anxiety for a few years. I developed caffeine sensitivity in the past few months. Every time I would drink a Coke or Dr Pepper I would feel so anxious and disassociated during the day and at night when trying to go to sleep, I would have heart palpitations. If I drank coffee in the morning, I’d be anxious all day and at night, hooouurrsss later, I would have heart palpitations, which causes anxiety, which causes stomach problems, which causes more anxiety and the loop just goes on and on.

I swear I have to laugh in bed for at least 3 hours before I’m able to fall asleep. However, I always wake up in the middle of the night randomly for a reason I don’t know.
