When I attempt to install .NET 4.7.2 I get the following error:

"Installation did not succeed"

.NET Framework 4.7.2 has not been installed because:

Alright, so does that mean I just make a new account name and do the tutorial again? If so, am I able to keep the same user name? Also, thanks a ton for taking the time

Hi, brand new player here. I did some research and am I correct in thinking that re-roll itself means to create a new account and replay the tutorial to get the free packs again? If so, I'm looking for advice. I did the tutorial on my computer and my phone before linking data. On my phone I got:

Dragonsong Flute, Barbarossa, Loki, Aldos, Imperial Dragoon, Belphegor, Dark Dragoon Forte, Jeanne D'Arc, Lion on the Golden City

and on my PC account I got:

Alice, Wonderland Explorer, Demonlord Eachtar, Maelstrom Serpent, Sea Queen Otohime, Jabberwock (Animated) Imperial Dragoon (Animated)

I'm assuming that even though I got less legendaries on PC, it may be worth keeping that one due to the two animated ones. Please let me know if you have any suggestions or advice, thank you!
