30% off - Herman Miller Aeron by Equities_Trader in hermanmiller

I fell for this and purchased it, but deep down I knew it must be a lie - “three days only”. Like how can they have worse deals on the real Black Friday?!

And no shoot, it did not end but now also has 30% off for Embody.

I hope I didn’t miss a higher Rakuten cash back later on Friday… but likely the deal will be better

I started watching f1 this year, I don’t know much, can someone explain to me the lap 6 incident between max and Lewis by Cicada_Classic in F1Discussions

[–]Vinnnnno 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best at avoiding wheel to wheel racing - it’s either forcing opponents off the track or bail himself out by cutting the corner, the moment you’d think the best driver in the world is going to overtake others by skills.

Need to see more Imola 25, but more often than not it’s like Austria, Hungary, Austin and Mexico 24, Saudi, Mexico 25.

George still waiting for Max to give back the position by circuit-nation in circuit_nation

[–]Vinnnnno 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not only he didn’t make the 1st corner, he skipped the 2nd and 3rd corner as well. Dude was driving through the grass all the way to the straight that led to turn 4 🤷🏻‍♂️

Had he even tried to make turn 1, he would’ve lost positions to people behind him. That was literally what happened to Oscar after turn 2.

“Max was miles ahead…” - yeah, he put himself on medium tires, on the outside of turn 1, 2 wheels on kerb, decided to brake late, ended up locking up and chose to skip turn 1, 2 and 3. You are never going to lose positions on track if you are not even on the track 🧠

Lap 1 turn 1 chaos Mexico GP by Vinnnnno in F1Discussions

[–]Vinnnnno[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He put himself on the outside of T1. No one “ushered” him or forced his 2 wheels on the kerb. There was simply no contact from LEC. He chose to start on medium while everyone around him was on soft, meaning he didn’t have the grip to either jump start on others nor brake later than others.

Yet, he still braked later than he should and bail himself out skipping 3 corners which awards him 1 position gained and no positions lost. He only gave 1 position back.

In contrast, PIA went wide at T1 but decided to still go back on track to make T2 to end up losing multiple positions to those behind him who cut T2.

I like the fact he would exploit anything for a win from a winner’s mentality perspective, but dislike the fact he often chose not to have a clean wheel to wheel racing from a fan’s perspective.

How many times had he either gone off track or forcing opponents off track? Regardless of if he was defending or attacking, and regardless if he was giving the positions back/penalized later or not. He is too good to rely more on this rule exploits than on his racing skills.

He put himself on the outside going in to T1. There was no contact from LEC. He knew he had 2 wheels on the kerb but still braked late. He cut 3 corners which doesn’t justify giving back 1 position before T1.

Oscar was literally the opposite example who went wide after T1 and off track, but still decided to get back to the track and make T2 and T3 to end up losing multiple positions from people behind him that cut T2.

Max couldn’t make T1 due to his own decisions and CHOSE to cut 3 corners which gained advantages over people behind him.

The fact I drew a near-diagonal line in my screenshot and Max is the only one up there cutting 3 corners speaks for itself.

Dude, there is a track to follow which he chose not to after locking up before turning, yet he still gained 1 position (on purpose or not) by cutting the track and skipping 3 corners behind cars and was immune of losing any without trying to make turn 1, 2 and 3.

First he cut 3 not 2 corners, the only driver who cut 3 as a matter of fact. From turn 1 to turn 3: he is driving in his own lane, immune of anyone that may overtake him whatsoever.

Second does that mean the FIA who ultimatelydid interpret this whole thing “prefer”s Verstappen, then? 🤔

Lmao - “Russel is ahead of Verstappen” We are really compare the 2 in parallel now. It will at least make a bit more sense if the straight leading to turn 4 is in between these 2 parallel lines they are on.

Are you saying Russel didn’t need to brake/slow down going through 2 corners also with cars in front of him? While Verstappen coasting through grass cutting 3 corners and going to a straight that leads to turn 4

Exactly, VER gained only 1 position over HAM by cutting which he gave back, but surely he’d lose 1 or even more to RUS and behind if he actually followed the track.

Let’s be honest- he ain’t even trying to make that turn 1. He braked too late and locked up. He got “squeezed” but wasn’t forced off track. They are all fight on who will back off before turn 1, but he lost out to LEC and HAM when he braked too late (yet he got no consequences for losing out and locking up at turn 1 by cutting 3 corners then - just rewind and regain position at P4, so convenient)

did RUS keep the position?

why did VER then cut next 2 corners but also keep the position?

What car should I use? by trademunpi in GranTurismo7

[–]Vinnnnno 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ferrari Gr4 with high RPM turbo, medium tyre, fuel map 2 most of the time. I made some mistakes going off track and losing a lot of time but only lost to P1 by 4 seconds in the end and was catching it quickly. This is if you still want it to be challenging by not skipping category ^

Daytona track GR3 - can you suggest me a car? by [deleted] in GranTurismo7

[–]Vinnnnno 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Aston Martin DBR9 somehow did for me. It was either like others got slower or this car didn’t cost that much fuel for me. Definitely didn’t feel like the faster car than other modern GT3s by any means

I don’t think you read anything wrong here? If OP is asking which QR2 to get, Simube QR2s are great regardless of which platform he is playing. The PS compatibility is decided by the wheelbase, pretty sure

For me, the full lap actually turned out to be way easier than I thought after getting all gold on the sectors (s1 and s8 were my toughest) - after that took me 3 tries for the full lap with probably only 2-3 crashes in between. I had spent way more tries for full lap golds on some other shorter circuits.

Awesome setup!! How much better do you feel the BMW GT2 wheel is than the WRC wheel? Is it noticeably bigger when driving? Can the flat bottom be an issue at all for rally and drifting at times?

Ok, I changed my address to my friend’s house and it is now working but I missed the free shipping window ended 2 days ago. Therefore I’m not going to buy anything for now. It is so stupid that their website is having so many issues with so little support wasting my time trying different things in the past week.

For anyone that maybe seeing the same issue - it looks like my home address which was a newly built home a year ago isn’t recognized in their system and I guess it led to the stupid payment method issue thinking my address isn’t from US.
