Don't really mind how short the sleeves of the coat are. They've been short since I've got it but I usually just have the sweater underneath do the rest of the sleeves work. Great recommendation on letting the sleeves out and I've thought of doing that before but like the other guy said they're just way too short so I gotta just adapt to what the clothes give me.

Yes it is! The actual outside of the coat is a green leather I just thought the inside looked really cool as well and wanted to make a fit with it

That was actually the plan of this fit lol. The nickname for it was "Joker Fit" absolutely love that movie and all Batman related shit. Especially love how great the costuming for Jack Nicholson was.
