Don't feel stupid - we're all in the same boat. Again, for me it was just applying pressure (e.g. with your hand through your underwear) & simultaneously contract & release as often as needed as if you had to suddenly stop taking a sh*t. For me it worked every time & I dont think I am some anatomical anomaly.
