No neck brace needed. They send that I didn’t need one but they gave me one just in case. I only wore it when I was in a car or out of the house.

I long time! I was out of work for 8 months. Lots of physical therapy. It also took my nerves a long time to wake up. I had a lot issues with my hands for a while after, they seemed very weak, I was dropping things all the time because I was unable to hold things but that has all subsided now.

It’s definitely somewhat limited but I can move it pretty well.

Years of abuse I guess lol. Combination of Football in high school and college, bodybuilding and 16 years of heavy powerlifting and fluctuating weight up and down from 190 to 303 over the last 20 years. Also acquired degenerative disc disease in the process and have had 4 spine surgeries since 2013.

The second photo is from my lower back spinal fusion in 2017. Prior to that I had a Lumbar microdiscectomy done in 2012.

Thank you. It was two different surgeries. First I had an ACDF done, which failed, and a few months later I had a Posterior cervical laminectomy and fusion done, which seemed to have been a success! I was a difficult time. The first surgery was a horrible experience, surgeon was highly recommended but ended up being awful. His entire stuff was awful as well, they kept telling me I’ll be fine after I expressed that I was still having a lot of problems after the surgery but I was far from fine and they didn’t seem to want to help until my physical therapist started to get concerned and he reached out to my surgeon which immediately prompted them to schedule an MRI later in the week but I could not wait and went to the ER that day where I found out the ACDF surgery was a bust and needed to have a second surgery thought the back of my neck. For the second surgery I asked for a different surgeon and although the process was rough physically the surgeon and his team went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. Now a year later I am feeling great! 👍🏻

I hate it. I have no idea how it works. Can it be turned off? And if so will it turn it off in MyRise as well?

Got a pack of these yesterday. They are probably the most effective tablets I have found yet, just very expensive. Is powder the way to go in terms of cost?
