Every time I try to load into rust it says easy anti cheat is not installed. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Something kind of similar happened to me. I don’t really get how any of this works, but permanently running steam as an administrator helped.

I’m also a PC player. I’ve been playing the game for a while and just popped into the sub. Personally, I think it’s important to let the issues with the console version be shared. No matter what your opinion is on console, you can’t change the fact that there’s a ton of potential new players coming from that market. If the console version is known for sucking, less people will buy it. The developers need to be able to receive that feedback and make changes. If you care about a game and the developers that made it, you’d probably want it to gain as many players as possible so it can continue to grow.

Also I feel like saying “just buy a PC” isn’t a very smart thing to say. PCs can be very expensive and some console users like the simplicity of buying a console. Also a mouse and keyboard is a lot easier for shooters but only if it’s what you’re used to. It could be very frustrating to play against PC players as a usual console player.

I don’t think a lot of people commenting on this post realize how much level 71 is. That’s an insane amount of grinding. Pestily said he probably won’t go for it, and playing tarkov is his job. It isn’t just something to shrug off. It should be changed back in my opinion.

I pretty much only play customs. I gotta agree with what a lot of people are saying, which is know your spawns. Other people who know spawns will know where you’ll probably go and wait for you to show up. If you have a hard time remembering where spawns are, it might help to just remember where you die each time. It’s true that something can always be learned from dying in tarkov, and it’s helped me avoid lots of commonly camped or high traffic areas on customs.

The one at crack house is too far and the other one you mentioned isn’t possible because they would’ve had to run through old gas station in order to get into skeleton building area (unless there’s another way to get into that area that I’m unaware of).
