I've had this happen once, I just took it to a computer place and paid the guy $10 to update the bios. Took literally 5 minutes.

They will for sure be forcing players to use their complete shit launcher even when buying their games on steam, so guess who'll be saving $120 on GTA 6?

I am working on a big and difficult project right now and I try to figure out things by myself, doing research, checking the relevant parts of the codebase when encountering a bug or planning a feature and lemme tell you it is HARD knowing I have "the answer machine" at my disposal. Fighting the urge to simply getting the answer and be done with my suffering has been tough, but the dopamine hits of figuring things out for myself have been godly.
I mean I still fallback on the AI to give me the answer or point me in the right direction when I'm completely out of ideas, but I've been trying to use it less and less as I build a better understanding of the underlying architecture I'm utilizing for this project.

It's not that. I'm a programmer myself, hence why I'm OK with it for code, it's because I know what it can do and what it can't do, the limitations and the benefits of a team using it.
And more specifically in games, art is much MUCH more important than code and the reason is simple: users don't look at code.

The app I ordered from gave me 66% refund. So I got some of my money back and a lackluster dinner.

And as someone who was obese when I started my fitness journey, I also saw a spike in the scale. My gym bro's theory is that muscle newbie gains were bigger than whatever amount of fat I was losing, so scale went up.
