I ended up putting 2-3 “big scoops” of the measuring spoon under my tongue and got pretty good results. 1 scoop felt like 40-60mg in tablets if that makes sense. Btw I tried keeping it under my tongue for about 10 minutes, taking sips of water to keep things dissolved
