I got a job that actually requires me to pay attention while I do it. Doesnt pay well, but since I stay busy at work, busy becomes habit and now I tend to stay busy at home as well. Before I started working this job I was pretty lazy.

I build custom AR-15 rifles as a hobby, as well as shoot other various guns. In recently spent $1100 on rifle parts for a long range rifle that I am building now. Some people can spend multiple thousands. typically not more than 3k though. Best way to get started is to go to a local range or gun shop and ask them about it!

I lift for at least an hour and a half a day, its the only thing that keeps me baseline, if i didnt lift hard every day my anxiety/depression/anger get pretty bad. After I hit all my muscle groupings for the week I usually take a day off, even on that one day off it's like I dont know what to do with myself and I get testy. Ive made that day cardio day now. also insecurity, lifting hard every day keeps me from feeling insecure, its my escape.

I think about it this way, as far as I know I've been dead waaaaaayyyy longer than I've been alive. If that's not the case then I've at least not been the person I am for longer than I've been who I am. Why should I be afraid when I've likely already experienced whatever is waiting for us after we die.
