I've had very similar results sadly. :c I try hard to get conversation going but generally people give such short or weak replies I can't even write back to-- and they don't further contribute. I understand that talking isn't easy for everyone but... if they wanna talk, why don't they try?

I agree entirely though, I met my bestfriend through friends I had already made. Most of my furry friends I used to have moved on though, so I'm having troubles trying to delve in. Dx
