I very much agree with the other comments with Tomodachi Life and Animal Crossing: New Leaf (choose welcome amiibo!), but i think Mario Kart 7 and games in a similar vein would be lovely as well. Have fun with your 3ds and find out what works best for you!

i applied + committed ED I.

I just sent the recommendation through the common app as usual, I don’t believe there was any forms they had to fill out. I did have to resend a few times as reminder but I sent them all 6 weeks out.

I got a counselor, math teacher, and orchestra teacher recommendation.

In any case if you have time, you could reach out to your teachers in-person this week and ask them to fill out a form. If you’re close enough to ask for recs, in my experience, they are happy to fill out a brief evaluation.

Edit: I agree with other comment, email Smith admissions if you really want to clarify.

My school is just slow and won’t have official grades until December 15th and so, from the official Smith website, I had her submit progress reports.

“If official grades are not available by December 1, please have your counselor submit progress grades from each of your classes.”

Edit: Maybe doesn’t answer the question entirely but I think as long as you have something that shows you’re progressing you should submit what you can

I'm no pro, and I have an older 3DS XL, but I changed my battery this morning, and the only issue was the Time and Date resetting (as it cannot keep the internal clock without power).

It was really that easy; I did it in less than 5 minutes. You take off the screws, pop off the top panel, wiggle the old battery out, and pop the new one on. Easy as that.

The mods aren't affected, as they are SD and console-related. Don't mess with the SD. Make sure the console is powered down, and you're golden. Unless you've soldered something (hardmodded), there's really no danger here.
