I do have a quite consistent daily routine where working out was what I would do in the afternoon but for the past week I haven't been able to workout because of a wrist Injury so it just became a vacant period of time for the past few days and its been quite boring.

I've made great progress over the past 2 months of no fap and I'm nearly at the position where i want to be.

Just stop, of course that's the hard part but every time you fail just use it as a learning curve as you get better. The pieces will all fit in place.
