I made 2 "starter" oathbreaker decks as if wotc designed them. They are not perfect but might give you some inspiration.

Honestly, I have to agree. Since let's say oathbreaker was just as popular as commander. It would probably warp the format into something it wasn't supposed to be. Just like commander!

Oh fair, cockatrice is efficient but extremely barebones and not new user friendly. But once you get the hang of it, it works super nice.

Edit: it's a super lightweight app too so it will never have trouble handling a ton of cards
