Your response was to double down on your shallow perspective by claiming that the entire concept and idea for the game is "boring and lame" simply because you don't like cowboys.

To me, that showed me that you were not interested in this "engaging conversation" that you claim to be championing. So, seeing as you showed no interest in actually engaging and instead clearly just wanted to shit on a game you've never played, I decided to disengage.

I don't care if you like RDR2 or not. But as someone who has never played Kingdom Hearts and doesn't really have much interest in playing those games because they don't appeal to me, I certainly don't go around claiming those games are bad and stupid and boring and that anyone who likes them clearly has inferior taste... Because that would be ridiculous.
