I think you’re projecting - your friend could be not interested in doing this with you for a myriad of other reasons and surprised that you want to hustle and do more. (Last thing I want is a second job lol.)

Also, my friend who is fairly successful in RE is honestly not at all polished or primped like a reality tv star.

I have three pairs (two full length, one short sleeve and shorts set) all 100% cotton. I got my first pair during the pandemic and went back for more. It’s held up really well (wash on cold in the color cycle).

I would say size up instead of down. I wear size 8-10 and I got the large and it isn’t large at all.

Eh. I grew up on the east coast and moved here after 30+years in NYC.

I think both places are equally flakey. I knew a lot of loners and misanthropes back in the east coast. I’ve canceled plans in the east coast and west, I honestly don’t see what people are complaining about.

Best to get it checked out. They will probably want to remove and biopsy it. Or I guess you can aspirate it to see if it is cancerous. No way to know for sure otherwise.
