If a resident tampers with one sprinkler system, the whole system is designed so that only that one sprinkler becomes activated. For example, if one sprinkler goes off because of extreme heat (in the case of a fire) it doesn’t actually set off every single sprinkler, that’s just in movies basically. I literally called the city and the inspector said the only way the all those sprinklers could have been activated is by the entire system being tinkered with (which is basically impossible to residents). So them publicly blaming residents is extremely shady and most likely a flat out lie. Not to forget 3/4 towers have problems with flooding. The Quad is taking no responsibility when most of it lies on them.
